Pre-Cleaning: For best results, the concrete or other surface to be treated with F9 BARC should be pre-cleaned. We use commercial grade pressure washing equipment for fast and thorough pre-cleaning that will help allow the stain remover to penetrate more deeply and lift more of the stains.

F9 BARC Application: As an Authorized F9 Applicator, we know all the best practices for using this product to remove rust stains, fertilizer stains, and orange acid burns. The first step is to mix the correct dilution of the cleaner to suit the material being cleaned. Then, we use a high pressure, low volume sprayer to apply the product in a circular overlapping motion for even coverage. We will repeat applications as needed to target any heavily stained areas.
